All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in GuangZhou China. Orders will typically be fulfilled within 3-10 business days.

This means that your order will be packed and sent out from our warehouses within this timeframe, unless we face a sudden large influx of orders (e.g., during sales).

Please kindly note that this does not include the additional time required for your order to actually arrive and be delivered to you. Delivery times will vary based on your location and possible delays during peak seasons.

Domestic

Regular Shipping. Orders within GuangZhou will be sent out via DHL Express, UPS or FEDEX , and it takes 3-10 business days to be delivered. Shipping Fee: The initial weight is charged at $12 USD, with an additional $1 USD for each extra kilogram beyond that.

International

We ship all orders internationally from GuangZhou via international express couriers. These will typically arrive at your destination within one week - sometimes even quicker than your own domestic delivery!

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). To reduce delays caused by customs inspections or any unexpected fees, we have implemented a system during check out to collect pre-paid taxes and duties from certain countries: Canada, India, Malaysia, Monaco, Norway, the Philippines, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Mexico, the European Union (excluding Germany), and the United Kingdom. You should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

DAP (Delivered At Place). For other countries/regions, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees when the package arrives in your country. These charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. Customers who wish to return their orders due to customs and taxes will need to pay any additional shipping cost that may be incurred.

Shipping Costs

Note 1: At this moment, we are unable to offer cheaper, non-courier/postal international delivery services as those are very unreliable, with long shipping durations. As soon as the situation worldwide improves and we deem non-courier options to be sufficiently reliable, we will have cheaper options available.

Note 2: Due to the volatile oil prices, shipping prices can increase drastically. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or to charge additional for shipping cost if the shipping cost to your location is too prohibitive. We hope to seek your understanding on this.
